What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, country, the service you are interested in, and whatever you choose to tell us in your own words.

• We do not collect medical records, scans or images through this site — please do not send them. A secure route is offered after initial contact, if your case needs one.
• We do not take payments through this site.
• We do not run advertising trackers. The site is static and sets no marketing cookies.

How your information is used

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a written estimate, and — only if you decide to proceed — coordinate the introduction to the hospital or clinic concerned.

• Your details are shared with a partner hospital only after you have agreed in writing to that specific introduction.
• We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.
• You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at any time — one email is enough.

What this website is

An information and coordination service. Medtour to China is not a hospital, clinic or medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or give medical advice, and using this site does not create a doctor–patient relationship of any kind.

• All prices shown are indicative, based on publicly listed rates, and are superseded by the written quotation for your case.
• Clinical decisions, suitability assessments and treatment plans are made solely by the treating hospital and its licensed clinicians.
• No treatment outcome is guaranteed. Individual results vary.
• Visa decisions rest with the relevant authorities.

Some imagery on this site is illustrative. Interior photographs are representative of the standard of facility coordinated — they are not presented as photographs of a specific named hospital. Where a photograph of a specific hospital or a real patient is shown, it will be labelled as such and used with permission.
